Elegant Dental Laboratory

Elegant Dental Laboratory is a full-service dental lab in Brooklyn, NY, founded in 2007 by dental technician Gary Fingerman, who has more than 30 years in the profession. Our 35+ technicians make every case in-house in a 7,000 sq ft facility: crowns and bridges, implant restorations, dentures and aligners. We accept scans from all major intraoral scanners, and our standard turnaround is 5 business days. Practices that send us regular cases can get a TRIOS intraoral scanner free. We work with dental offices across the US.

Around Brooklyn, dental labs work mostly with dentists rather than the public, but many will repair or reline a denture directly for walk-in patients at a lower price than a dental office. Dental supply stores across New York generally sell to licensed professionals, though some carry consumer oral care products too. For pet dental care, ask the animal hospital whether cleanings are done under anesthesia with dental X-rays, which the American Veterinary Dental College considers the standard, and get a written estimate first.

Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Brooklyn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.
